With over a decade of experience across municipal, state, and federal government bodies, Johnny is recognized as an accomplished leader capable of navigating today’s complex legislative and regulatory landscapes. His broad expertise spans public health, labor, economic development, and education policy sectors, with a particular focus on healthcare administration. This includes in-depth knowledge of public health policy, long-term care, Medicaid, Medicare, managed care, and legislative relations.
Johnny’s career highlights include significant roles in various high-impact governmental and policy positions. His contributions have been instrumental in the City of New York, the City of Mount Vernon, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the Governor’s Offices of New York and California, and as the Director of Public Policy with the City Council of Baltimore. Throughout these roles, he has played a pivotal part in passing numerous healthcare-related initiatives, education reforms, economic development programs, and policies aiding formerly incarcerated individuals.
A dedicated member of the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living, Johnny serves on the Council for Post-Acute Care and the Political Action and Involvement Committee. Additionally, he holds a position on the Board of Directors for the Pennsylvania Healthcare Association, reflecting his ongoing commitment to advancing healthcare policy and advocacy.
